In her 5 set EP Julie-Ann takes us on her musical journey "going somewhere".

She plums the ambiguity of the human soul; those mysterious clouds of unknowing- where everything remains just out of grasp- but very often, she comes up from the compositional depths with a rare mellifluous gem, that dazzle and amaze ; with the brilliance of each song, a new facet to be contemplated by the listener.

The Songs have an ancient, almost haunting feel-juxtaposed nicely with a happily detached or bemused quality; contemplative of the nature of existence- a meaningful meander, searching and plotting a course through a world of shifting sands and quicksilver mirage; a beacon for the weary traveller.

The beauty of her vocal lyricism reflects a seductive grace and clarity of tone of the highest quality. Each song on the E.P. is a kaleidoscope of a rare Australian talent.
